Arm's length price(tax law revision)
Amendment of tax law to secondary application of credit default risk and other economic models
Starting with transactions in the accounting period including February 15, 2022, the tax authorities will accept the credit default swap premium. However, this is recognized as an auxiliary method in cases where Arm's length Price regulations cannot be applied under existing Korean tax laws.
